Night – Bridge
Here’s something of a challenge that I could not have done before digital photography – a night shot in fog. Auto focus depends mainly upon contrast and lines. You focus on edge contrast. Fog is all blurred without sharp edges. And yet, the computer is able to sharpen things in fog and an acceptable image is created. I was thinking that there is some skill involved too. I set the shutter speed to 1/100 sec. This got me away from the motion blur of the moving car. Don’t ask about the windshield glass. And of course, ignore ISO and aperture. It’s a haunting image. Don’t try to overthink. Just shoot.
