Tea party

… or tea party?

Back in 2009 I first heard of the tea party from my office manager in Maine:

Tea Party movement, conservative populist social and political movement that emerged in 2009 in the United States…”

This Tea Party festival celebration has been going on for ~250 years. The origin cannot be confirmed nor can events that happened (??) here.

“Punch and Judy is a traditional puppet show featuring Mr. Punch and his wife Judy. The performance consists of a sequence of short scenes, each depicting an interaction between two characters, most typically Mr. Punch and one other character who usually falls victim to the intentional violence of Punch’s slapstick.”

So, we were at the annual Tea Party festival. It was surreal. The times!? Certainly there is plenty of uncertainty in a name to go around – twice and more!

Which tea party? The conversation dripped…. Or not! Who won? Which flag? Punch or Judy?

…I’d like to be on the winning side.

Eh? Remember, you may be pressing a button to vote for a felon! …who’s the puppet(s)??

Twice impeached, convicted(!!) on 34 felony counts… the head of one tea party … not about liberty but a reign of terror.
